Our company’s journey started with the founding of MB SOLUTIONS INSURANCE SERVICES on August 25, 2009. Spouses Zaldy and Esperanza Bacolod recognized the growing need for comprehensive insurance services tailored to group client requirements. With their broad experience in the insurance sector, they took the bold step of establishing MB Solution Insurance Services as a sole proprietorship. With a handful of employees, they first held office at #34 Friendship St., Friendly Village, Concepcion Uno catering to a small group of clienteles. Among its first clients include ALARM SECURITY AGENCY INC., SUBURBIA AUTOMOTIVE VENTURES INC., BIR Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Toyota Motor Philippines Corp., and various TODA in Marikina City. Though the start-up was challenging, the Team never wavered in the goal of looking for potential new clients.

As the reputation of the company grew, so did its portfolio of insurance products, including life and non-life, health, property, and auto insurance. Eventually new clients were brought in, including Health Maintenance Inc., Composite Wings Savings and Loans Association Inc., and Public Safety Security Savings and Loans Association Inc.

Aspiring to cater to a broader audience and venture into new markets, MB Solution Insurance Services with its tagline “Extra Mile with a Smile” underwent a rebranding process in early 2015. The company adopted the name MBS Solve Insurance Agency “Much Better Service”, reflecting its core mission of offering comprehensive solutions to insurance challenges faced by its clients. This rebranding effort was accompanied by a redesigned logo and an enhanced marketing strategy to elevate the company’s visibility and appeal.

And while the company continued to thrive and expand its operations, Michelle realized the potential benefits of transforming MBS Solve into a corporation. On February 26, 2016, MB Solution Insurance Services officially became MBS Solve Insurance Agency, a full-fledged corporation. With the corporate structure in place, MBS Solve Insurance Agency focused on strengthening its team and enhancing its market presence. The company hired industry experts and invested in advanced technology to streamline operations and deliver even better service to its clients. Additionally, MBS Solve Insurance Agency extended its geographical reach, serving client branch offices in strategic locations to cater to a broader customer base.

In an era of rapid technological advancements, MBS Solve Insurance Agency recognized the importance of embracing digital transformation. The Company developed a user-friendly insurance program to have fast access on enrolment, policies, claims, and communicate with clients conveniently. These initiatives not only improved customer satisfaction but also increased operational efficiency and reduced paperwork.

Throughout its evolution, MBS Solve Insurance Agency remained committed to giving back to the community. The Company is actively engaged in various charitable initiatives, supporting local causes, and promoting corporate social responsibility.

August 25,2023 marks the 14th year of our existence. As we move from “Extra Mile with a Smile” to “Much Better Service” and now, “Moving Beyond Standards”, we look forward for more greater years as we steadily and unrelentingly pursue our dream of a risk assured nation.
